  • What is the Minimum Credit Score?
    We do not have minimum credit score however we recommend a minimum FICO Mortgage Score of 700 to get the best terms.
  • Will acquired loans report to my credit report?
    NO. We will only obtain a personal credit report to determine your approval.
  • What credit report do we pull?
    We use Equifax, Experian, and Transunion FICO mortgage scores. We will choose the middle score of the 3 credit reports.
  • Do I need an existing LLC or entity to apply?
    No. If applicable you can establish your LLC /Entity during the loan process.
  • How many properties can I fund?
    There is no limit as long as the minimum requirements are met for the approval of the chosen property.
